Cubing (the "Service") is a mobile app for iOS and Android operated by Jinhwa Jung, an individual (the "Operator"). The Operator complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws, and processes users' personal information as described below.

If you do not sign in, your game data is stored only in the app's storage on your device and is not sent to our servers.
When you delete your account, all personal information stored on our servers, including account information, profile, and game records, is destroyed without delay. You can delete your account yourself in the app under Settings → Delete account.
Report records and block lists are also destroyed when an account is deleted; if either the account that reported or blocked, or the account it targeted, is deleted, the related records are destroyed. Audit records of actions the Operator takes, such as handling reports, are disconnected from the account when it is deleted and kept in a form that cannot identify any individual.
Pre-registration email addresses are destroyed without delay after the launch notification has been sent. If you would like yours deleted before then, please send a request to the contact below and we will delete it immediately.
To provide the Service, the Operator entrusts the processing of personal information as follows.

Because the trustees above are located outside Korea or process personal information on servers outside Korea, we disclose the following cross-border transfers under Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act. All transfers take place from time to time over information and communications networks (encrypted connections) while you use the Service.

If you do not want your personal information transferred abroad, you can refuse as follows. You can use the Service without signing in (as a guest) or choose not to link a WCA account, and if you have already signed in, you can delete your account. In that case, you cannot use online features such as registering records, rankings, matches, and synchronization across devices. You can turn off the collection of service usage statistics (Google Analytics) in the app under Settings → Analytics data collection, and turning it off does not limit your use of the Service. Rewarded ads are not shown unless you choose to watch them, and they are provided as non-personalized ads only (see 6. Advertising).
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can change your nickname and country in your profile in the app, and deleting your account deletes all of your data on our servers. You can unblock users in Settings → Blocked users in the app. For any other request, please use the contact below.
You can turn off the collection of service usage statistics (Google Analytics) at any time in the app under Settings → Analytics data collection.
The Service shows only rewarded ads that you choose to watch; there are no forced interstitial or banner ads. Ads are provided as non-personalized ads only, so we do not show targeted ads based on your interests or behavior, and we do not request app tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) for that purpose.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 or older. We do not collect personal information from children under 14, and if it is confirmed that a user is under 14, or if a legal guardian requests it, we delete that information without delay.
In-app purchases are made only through the App Store and Google Play payment systems, and the Service does not access payment method information. If a minor has made a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, cancellation can be requested under each store's refund policy, and guardians can control purchases in advance using the store's Family Sharing / Ask to Buy and purchase restriction features.
